A vibrant town and the capital of the Baja. Located on the Sea of Cortez, this city is what Mexico is all about: local culture, friendly people, and views to take your breath away.
One of the highlights is the Malecon along the waterfront with its wide sidewalk, tiny beaches, tourist pier, benches, sculptures by local artists and unimpeded sunset views. It stretches 5.5km from the Marina de la Paz in the south to Playa Coromuel in the north.
Las Gaviotas, a four storey condominium complex, consists of 16 fully-furnished apartments and is located just one block from the Malecon and walking distance to all the town offers. The condos are 125 sq. m. or 1345 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, living/dining rooms, and kitchen.
A pool and lounging area are located at the back and secure enclosed parking is underneath. The large balconies all face magnificent views of the Bay of La Paz with its breathtaking sunsets.
