A friend sent me the above quote recently which I believe connects feeling and thinking, the head & the heart.
Ina is all heart & I tend to be living in my head/thoughts.
How best to get out of my head or to move gently back & forth.
Getting in touch with the Life force, the ‘real’ me, the eternal aspects, brings personal peace.
